You will partner with cross‑functional teams to define competencies, create learning pathways, and establish standard work that keeps safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

  • Strong passion for safety, continuous improvement and developing others’ capabilities.
  • Experience in training, mentoring, or leading employees in manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and training methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain training matrices, materials, and certifications for Operations.
  • Deliver hands-on, classroom, and on-the-job training across Production, Quality, Warehouse, and Procurement.
  • Partner with leaders to define competencies, track progress, and validate readiness.
  • Conduct observations and audits to ensure adherence to standard work and processes.
  • Lead onboarding and new hire orientation with a focus on Storyteller’s culture and safety.
