Responsibilities

• Conduct new hire orientation and onboarding classes.
• Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate production processes.
• Deliver EHS&S training in alignment with OSHA and ISO standards.
• Train and certify employees in PIV, Cranes, and Aerial Lift for licensing.
• Maintain training records and follow up with new employees within 30 days.
