Job summary

Electrolux Group is seeking an Operations Trainer within the Learning Center of Excellence (LCOE) to equip employees with the skills to work safely, efficiently, and with high quality on the production floor. You will deliver engaging training through classroom instruction, simulations, and hands-on learning to build confidence and capability.

You will lead onboarding and ongoing training, maintain accurate records, and certify staff in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), cranes, and aerial lifts.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Basic EMS tools and continuous improvement concepts.
• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs.
• Operate and maintain the Training Center to simulate production processes.
• Deliver Environment, Health, Safety & Sustainability training per OSHA and ISO standards.
• Provide quality training on Standard work, defect detection, and QCP.
• Train and certify staff in Powered Industrial Vehicle (PIV), Cranes and Aerial Lift.
• Maintain accurate training records for all courses and certifications.
• Follow up with new employees to ensure a successful transition to their roles.
