LG Electronics, Inc. in Clarksville, Tennessee is hiring an Operator Trainer to develop and deliver hands-on training for production staff. You will lead coaching efforts, mentor operators, and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.

You will diagnose equipment issues, identify training needs, update manuals, and assist the production team with performance reviews, while traveling internationally as needed for training programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–7 years of production experience.
• Experience mentoring and coaching operators.
• Strong understanding of production of complex equipment and system integration.
• Knowledge of manufacturing methods and process improvements.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• International travel required for training.

Responsibilities

• Train operators on equipment and processes.
• Assist operators in diagnosing mechanical problems and fixes.
• Identify training and development needs through conversation and observation.
• Assist manager with reviewing operator performance.
• Help develop and update training manuals.
• Visually inspect production for defects and monitor quality.
• Ensure proper material reaches the machine safely and efficiently.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
