Job summary

Airshare in Leawood, KS is seeking an Operations Trainer to design and deliver structured training for Owner Services and Flight Control teams. You will lead initial and recurrent sessions, maintain training records, and develop LMS paths and quick reference tools.

As a subject matter expert in the Flight Management System and Airshare offerings, you will tailor programs to diverse learning styles, assess training needs, and support onboarding and quality assurance across the operations group.

Qualifications

• Proficient in effective teaching methodologies and instructional tools.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
• Ability to tailor training approaches to diverse learning styles.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs and materials.
• Ability to analyze performance data and adjust training strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the subject matter expert and primary trainer for FMS training.
• Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing employees on FMS and SOPs.
• Provide support and mentorship to new hires to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Assist in implementing structured, modular training programs.
• Maintain records of initial and recurrent training for Owner Services and Flight Control team members.
• Develop LMS paths, presentations, and quick reference tools.
• Ensure training documentation is accurate and aligned with SOPs.
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiencies and training effectiveness.
