Job summary

Airshare is seeking an Operations Trainer in Overland Park, KS to lead structured training for the Owner Services and Flight Control teams. You will serve as the subject matter expert for Flight Management System training, conduct sessions for new hires and current staff, and mentor onboarding to ensure consistent performance.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as SME and primary trainer for Flight Management System training.
  • Conduct training sessions for new hires and existing staff on FMS and SOPs.
  • Support onboarding with mentorship for new hires.
  • Assist in implementing structured modular training programs.
  • Support QA by identifying knowledge gaps and training needs.
  • Analyze performance data to recommend training enhancements.
  • Maintain records of initial and recurrent training for Owner Services and Flight Control teams.
  • Assist in developing LMS paths, presentations, and quick reference tools.
  • Ensure training documentation is accurate and aligned with SOPs.
  • Identify opportunities to improve system efficiencies and processes.
  • Contribute to development of CRM and flight scheduling software.
  • Monitor employee performance and response to training requirements.
  • Stay current with new teaching techniques and methodologies.
  • Provide operational support as needed.

This role involves implementing a structured training program, coordinating, and leading initial and periodic recurrent training sessions, and maintaining detailed documentation of all training activities. In addition, the Training Manager will provide training on Airshare products and programs to ensure comprehensive knowledge across the team. As a subject matter expert in operations, the Flight Management System, and Airshare product and service offerings, the Trainer will leverage their expertise to motivate and engage employees.
