Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Service Associate to provide operational support and branch-level management assistance. The role includes handling documents, money movement, trade support, and various approvals, while ensuring adherence to firm policies and regulatory requirements.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, excellent writing and client service abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment. Series 7/66 or 63/65 readiness is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• Strong MS Office skills and writing ability.
• Willingness to obtain Series 7/66 or Series 63/65.

Responsibilities

• Manage documents, including quality reviews for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee and distribute incoming and outgoing mail.
• Perform basic money movement functions such as deposits and checks.
• Assist with processing of trade adjustments and respond to alerts.
• Execute items from delegated reports to meet SLAs.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance initiatives.
• Remedy and/or escape service breaks for management.
• Assist with special projects and client services across teams.
• Organize progress against operational remediation projects.
