Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage documents with quality reviews and electronic filing.
• Oversee mail distribution and document handling across the branch.
• Perform basic money movement tasks including deposits and approvals.
• Assist with processing of trade adjustments and operational alerts.
• Execute delegated tasks to meet service levels promptly.
• Support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
• Remedy service breaks and escalate to management as needed.
• Assist with special projects such as onboarding support.
