Job summary

Morgan Stanley is seeking a Service Associate in Denver to cover the front desk and provide operational support across the Market and general management functions.

You will handle document maintenance, money movement, trade support, and approvals, while escalating issues and assisting with audits. This role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent writing and client service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years industry experience.
• Strong MS Office and writing/client service skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Willing to obtain required securities licenses (Series 7, 9/10, 63, 65).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage front desk operations.
• Perform document maintenance, scanning and filing.
• Process money movement and trade support with approvals.
• Escalate issues and support audit readiness.
• Assist with special projects and operational remediation.
