Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years warehouse experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel). Working knowledge of WMS systems.
• Forklift experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPI which meet/exceed safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance goals.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to ensure workload is distributed evenly and via WMS down to the floor.
• Collaborate with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve day’s orders issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.
