Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility KPIs for safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers about appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload and manage WMS at the floor level.
• Collaborate with inventory teams and on-site staff to resolve order issues.
• Maintain Excel reports and other relevant spreadsheets.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Hourly Pay: $25.00 per hour
• Additional Pay: $2.75 per hour when assigned to second shift
• Schedule: Sunday-Wednesday 4:00pm-4:00am (half-day on Wednesday)

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's ordersInteract with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
