• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers about appointments and load statuses.
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload using WMS.
• Work with inventory and on-site personnel to resolve order issues.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports.
• Perform other duties as required.

• Hourly Pay: $23.75 per hour
• Shift Differential: $1.75 per hour
• Schedule: Friday - Sunday 5:00am - 5:30pm

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reports
• Perform other duties as required or assigned
