Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting KPI goals for safety, quality, sanitation, and maintenance.
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules.
• Communicate with carriers to set appointments and update load statuses.
• Collaborate with Operations Supervisor to distribute workload using WMS down to the floor.
• Work with inventory and on-site staff to resolve issues with orders.
• Interact with customers to communicate order changes and updates.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets and reports; perform other duties as required.

• Hourly Pay: $21.50 per hour
• Additional Pay: $1.50 per hour when assigned to B Shift
• Schedule: B Shift Monday - Friday 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years warehouse experience
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Word and Excel) Working knowledge of WMS systems
• Forklift experience
• Equipment certification may be required, depending on location

Responsibilities

• Assist in supporting standard facility Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which consistently meet/exceed established goals in safety, quality, sanitation and maintenance
• Create and maintain daily dock schedules
• Communicate with carriers regarding setting appointments and upating load statuses
• Work closely with Operations Supervisor to ensure the work load is being distributed properly and evenly by managing WMS down to the floor
• Work closely with the inventory department and on-site personnel to resolve and problems with the day's orders
• Interact with the customer to communicate order changes and updates
• Maintain various Excel spreadsheets and reportsPerform other duties as required or assigned
