Job summary

PepsiCo in Columbia, MO is seeking a Material Handler for the night shift to keep Lay's, Doritos and Cheetos flowing safely and efficiently. Pay is $24.88 per hour with a 3x12 schedule and weekend work.

You'll inspect and certify raw materials, maintain documentation, operate material handling equipment, and assist with basic maintenance and housekeeping in a fast-paced environment. On-the-job training and health benefits accompany this full-time role.

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
• You will be required to work on weekends, holidays as well as off shift
• You can stand and walk for extended periods of time with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods with or without a reasonable accommodation
• You can repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products with or without a reasonable accommodation

Inspect and certify raw materials, coordinate finished goods shipments, and operate material handling equipment to keep beloved brands like Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos flowing safely and efficiently to stores and communities.

What You’ll Do

• Complete detailed inspection and certification tests for raw materials and finished goods
• Maintain all documentation and records for materials and finished goods
• Operate various types of material handling equipment and programmable logic controls
• Assist in basic preventative maintenance and general housekeeping as needed
