Job summary

PepsiCo in Frankfort, IN seeks a full-time palletizing operator to program and monitor automated equipment, build stable pallets for Lay's, Doritos, and Cheetos, and ensure timely and safe product delivery to stores.

You will operate palletizing systems, validate counts, troubleshoot equipment, and follow strict safety protocols while supporting a fast-paced production environment at PepsiCo.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Stand and walk for extended periods with or without accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor automated/robotic palletizing equipment to build stable, accurate pallets.
• Program product codes, validate case counts, and adjust based on production needs.
• Troubleshoot the stacker and related equipment, following Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and safety protocols.
• Set up palletizing boards in proper areas and ensure accurate flow of finished goods on the conveyor system.
• Use computer terminals to input or request information based on the production schedule and document required checks.

What You’ll Do
