Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring at our Salem, VA facility for a warehouse associate who will load/unload pallets, prepare product for delivery, and operate a forklift after training. The role requires weekend work, varying schedule, and readiness to work in a fast-paced environment.

You will contribute to maintaining efficient supply chains and support for Lay’s, Doritos, and Cheetos brands. Expect on-the-job training and a high-energy workplace with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• You are 18 years or older.
• Must work on weekends, holidays, and off-shift.
• Able to lift 15 to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Able to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, and stretch for extended periods.
• Able to repeatedly lift, carry, push, pull, and handle products.
• Willing to work at heights using ladders or lifts.
• Able to work in extreme temperatures, humidity, hazardous/loud equipment, and slippery surfaces.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload pallets and individual cases to and from trailers.
• Pick appropriate cases according to order using required technology.
• Safely operate a forklift after training and certification.
• Load trailers via carts or stack cases on the floor of a truck trailer.
• Maintain general housekeeping and sanitation tasks as required.

• Pay: $23.98 per hour

• Location: 5374 Glenmary Drive, Salem, VA, 24153

• Schedule: Sunday, Friday and another day during the week,7am - When the work is complete

Minimum Qualifications

• You are 18 years of age or older
