• Handle assigned direct-bill and agency-bill support activities and maintain dependable billing records.
• Enter and update policy data, activities, and documentation in Applied EPIC while following operations standards.
• Review policies, invoices, and notices issued by carriers for completeness and accuracy before recording the information.
• Prepare Certificates of Insurance, Evidence of Property documents, and Auto ID cards through the designated systems.
• Track daily production, meet turnaround SLAs and volume goals, maintain low error rates, and contribute to workflow documentation improvements.
