Qualifications

• Experience in commercial insurance not required; insurance experience may help for transition into operations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn Applied EPIC and related systems.
• Ability to follow structured procedures while maintaining data accuracy and documentation integrity.
• Comfortable in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Reliable organization, time management and accountability with appropriate escalation when needed.

Responsibilities

• Process policy transactions including new business, renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations and reinstatements.
• Support direct-bill and agency-bill activities and help maintain accurate billing information.
• Review carrier policies, invoices and notices, then enter and update information in the policy-management system.
• Maintain policy records, activities, attachments, naming conventions and documentation to standards.
• Produce COI, EPP documents and Auto ID cards using the designated service and policy systems.
• Record daily work, meet quality and volume expectations, complete workflows within SLAs, and update process documentation.
