Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant validated experience.
• 5+ years in insurance or related field is preferred.
• Strong leadership and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Direct professional liability and license protection claims end-to-end.
• Manage phone and email customer service coverage.
• Coordinate with licensing boards and conduct investigations.
• Ensure timely investigations, reserving, and resolution strategies.
• Escalate high-exposure or complex claims as needed.
• Monitor workloads, service levels, and closure activity.
• Interact with stakeholders up to executive level.
• Coordinate with carrier partners and audits.
• Assess system improvements from process feedback.
• Prepare advanced reporting and performance metrics.
