Aon is hiring an Ops & Tech Specialist III to support the Affinity Healthcare group. This hybrid role is based in the Fort Washington, PA area and will drive technology initiatives, deliverables, and project execution across multiple teams.

The role requires 7+ years in insurance, strong analytical and communication skills, and proficiency in SQL, Excel, and SDLC concepts. You will collaborate with IT, carriers, QA, and leadership to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of industry experience.
• 7+ years of business experience in insurance.
• Strong communication and analytical skills; translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead for Affinity Healthcare deliverables, projects, and technology initiatives.
• Manage compliance requests, carrier rate changes / form filings, annual census, audit findings, corporate IT initiatives, strategic projects.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements, user stories, test scenarios, and implementation plans for IT partners.
• Review and support system testing, defect resolution, data validation, and post-implementation monitoring for technical changes.
