Job summary

Emerald Technologies in Saline, MI is seeking an Operations Team Leader to bridge frontline staff and management. You will mentor peers, promote a positive team culture, and help drive daily operations forward.

You’ll support onboarding, coordinate tasks, monitor workflow, provide feedback to leadership, and encourage collaboration while upholding Emerald Technologies' values and standards. This is a full-time role in a collaborative EMS environment.
