Job summary

Emerald Technologies in Salem, NH is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operations of the assigned team. This full-time role requires driving performance, ensuring compliance, and developing team members while maintaining high operational standards.

You will supervise daily activities, approve timecards, coach staff, monitor KPIs, and collaborate across departments to optimize workflow.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting and acting on KPIs and performance data.
• Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in relevant systems and tools (e.g., timekeeping software, reporting tools , performance management platforms).

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise daily team activities, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to quality and efficiency standards.
• Approve timecards, time-off requests, and schedule changes in accordance with company policies.
• Provide consistent coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, including conducting regular one-on-one meetings and annual reviews.
• Monitor team and individual performance against KPIs and productivity metrics; implement action plans for improvement as needed.
• Support team development by identifying training needs, mentoring employees, and facilitating professional growth opportunities.
• Serve as the point of escalation for complex issues, customer concerns, or operational challenges, resolving them efficiently or routing appropriately.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with other teams and departments to align goals and optimize workflow
