• Lead designated team and manage workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates and maintain a strong visible presence on the sales floor.
• Support performance development for the designated team and provide timely feedback.
• Train associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Promote sales as they pertain to or are driven by the Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Review business results and customer feedback with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Ensure gracious, quick and efficient service to customers.
