Responsibilities

• Assist Supervisor and work in a lead technical capacity to maintain workflow in department.
• Provide training and operational support to the department.
• Maintain a high quality work environment by sharing knowledge to motivate the team.
• Lead by example in core warehouse/packaging tasks, ensuring safety and compliance.
• Coordinate shipments and orders with external customers.
• Troubleshoot problems and perform root-cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Support testing changes in systemic programs and processes.
