Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the shipment of customer orders and inbound shipments, following procedures for packing and restocking. The role includes guidance to teammates and maintaining a safe, clean work environment.

Hours/Shift: 1st shift, 7:00am–3:30pm. Minimum qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse or manufacturing experience. SAP experience and pallet jack operation are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse, distribution, or manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily workflows, resolve technical issues, and keep management informed of potential problems.
• Provide guidance, training, and cross-training to employees in assigned areas.
• Schedule carrier dock appointments, unload inbound trucks, restock, and resolve delivery issues.
• Put away unpacked items, perform shelf maintenance, restock returned products, and conduct inventory audits.
• Pull items and customer orders using appropriate equipment, stage materials for processing and routing.
• Pack materials per instructions, verify chemicals and lot numbers, and apply hazard labels per regulations.
• Enter packed orders into Evcor, stage completed boxes, and prepare skids for pickup.
