Job summary

MilliporeSigma is seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate daily warehouse activities, mentor technicians, and ensure GMP compliance. You will act as SME for warehouse processes, manage ERP transactions, and drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement while supporting regulatory requirements and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of warehouse, inventory control, or materials management experience.
• Experience with GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse activities and coordinate tasks.
• Coach and mentor Materials Management Technicians.
• Serve as SME for warehouse processes and system operations.
• Execute ERP material transactions and inbound/outbound documentation.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits.
• Ensure 5S organization and lean practices in the warehouse.
• Support FDA-regulated operations and audit readiness.
