Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years in a distribution center or warehouse environment and 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support floor associates by providing guidance and training to foster a safe work environment.
• Oversee daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping, adjusting staffing to hit productivity goals.
• Implement quality control measures, enforce safety standards, and conduct regular audits for accuracy.
• Assist with cycle counts and coordinate with inventory teams to maintain stock accuracy.
• Analyze and track performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and coordinate with logistics and management.
