Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Milwaukee is hiring a Warehouse/Distribution Specialist to support the supervisor, train staff, and maintain high service levels. You will manage orders, coordinate packaging and shipping, and ensure compliance with GDP and regulatory requirements.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of warehouse experience; 3+ years in quality systems is a plus. SAP, WMS, and MS Office knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of Distribution/Warehouse experience.
• Preferred 3+ years in Quality Systems Management or Continuous Improvement.
• Proficient using PCs, printers, RF scanners, pallet jacks, and packing equipment.
• Knowledge of SAP, WMS, Word, Excel, Access, and Clipper-ship.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain workflow in department and assist supervisor.
• Provide training and operational support to the team.
• Ensure GDP compliance and accurate packaging/shipping.
• Lead process improvement projects and test cycles.
• Post, receive, scan, and distribute orders per schedule.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies and perform audits.
