Job summary

MilliporeSigma in Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse/Operations Associate to weigh and transfer chemicals, verify quantities, and ensure quality. You will set up and operate dispensing equipment, document GDP procedures, and maintain 6S safety standards in a team environment.

Shift is 2:00pm–10:30pm, with a $5,000 sign-on bonus and benefits such as health insurance and PTO. A High School Diploma or GED is required; forklift experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Precisely weigh and transfer chemicals into containers and verify quantities.
• Complete GDP-compliant paperwork and document procedures.
• Set up, operate, and troubleshoot automated dispensing equipment.
• Verify ventilation, safety equipment function, and calibrate balances before use.
• Verify bulk/container and material numbers against process orders.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and maintain 6S standards.
• Operate pallet/drum movers and dispose of waste per regulations.
• Participate in testing and implementing process/equipment changes.
• Shift hours: Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–10:30pm.
