Responsibilities

• Mentor and train associates in distribution activities to meet customer demands.
• Oversee unloading, loading, picking, and staging; verify inbound/outbound paperwork.
• Maintain professional customer communications and prepare activity reports.
• Verify product quality, report damages, and ensure correct labeling.
• Follow safety protocols and participate in safety meetings.
• Direct warehouse team, assist scheduling, and track payroll hours.
• Operate equipment and maintain forklift certification.
• Perform other duties as assigned by site management.
