Responsibilities

• Lead conflict resolution and complex problem-solving efforts.
• Train, coach, and develop direct reports through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
• Monitor team performance and ensure adherence to service expectations.
• Develop and distribute customer-facing and internal performance reports.
• Maintain and update the Transportation Management System (TMS) configurations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Leverage expertise in transportation modes, rates, weights, volumes, pallets, and customer-specific requirements.
