Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 1+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or related field OR Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field
• Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
• 2+ year of experience in transportation, logistics, supply chain, customer operations, or related field (preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, Business, or related field (preferred)
• Experience working within a Transportation Management System (TMS) (preferred)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace (preferred)
• Experience working in a customer-focused operational environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Manage daily transportation execution activities for assigned customer accounts
• Utilize Uber Freight’s Transportation Management System (TMS) to support the full shipment lifecycle, including load building, tendering, tracking, and updates
• Coordinate with carriers, shippers, and receivers to ensure on-time pickup and delivery performance
• Monitor shipment activity and proactively resolve operational issues, delays, or service disruptions
• Support appointment scheduling and shipment visibility updates
• Communicate professionally with customers and internal stakeholders regarding shipment status and operational impacts
• Analyze shipment and carrier performance trends to identify opportunities for service improvement
• Leverage routing guides and spot market options to support effective freight coverage and transportation solutions
• Assist with resolving shipment data discrepancies and invoice-related issues within the TMS
• Document and follow customer-specific operational procedures and workflows
• Partner cross-functionally with internal operations, carrier management, and customer support teams to drive successful outcomes
