Qualifications

• Strong analytical and reporting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify issues and implement process improvements.
• Resolve conflicts and solve problems.
• Develop and distribute customer and internal performance reports.
• Negotiate and contract rate agreements with carriers.
• Quote rates and monitor team performance.
• Review P&L matters and deliver cost savings.
• Coordinate daily operations with on-site customers in Charlotte.
