Job summary

GT Independence is seeking an Operations Team Leader to manage a team delivering quality service. You will direct daily activities, coach staff, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

The role requires at least 2 years of related experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma is required, with an associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree preferred but not required.
• At least 2 years of related experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides daily direction and communication to employees so that calls are answered in a timely, efficient and knowledgeable manner.
• Evaluates processes and procedures; suggests methods to improve area operations, efficiency and service.
• Manages employees, ensuring work is handled efficiently and effectively.
• Provides performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
• Ensures employees have training and resources to perform their jobs.
• Create and maintain a high-quality work environment.
• Assist in staffing, training, scheduling and reward/recognition programs.
• Participate in special projects related to area/process improvement.
• Assist with documentation and training of DocuSign program.
