Job summary

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of accounts payable processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage the processing of AP transactions including vendor invoices and expense reports.
• Assist in developing and maintaining work procedures and schedules; train staff.
• Act as single point of contact for internal and external clients.
• Approve AP items to ensure proper coding, allocation, and backup.
• Track corporate cards and resolve expense report issues.
• Review monthly AR reports and advise on collection efforts as needed.
• Resolve complex problems and guide the team toward objectives.
• May establish new techniques to improve team performance.
• Influence team and related groups to achieve customer objectives.
• Lead by example and promote CBRE RISE values; build consensus.
