Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in warehouse, production, or manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift activities to meet production targets and priorities.
• Coach and develop team members for accountability and performance.
• Promote safety with EH&S policies and incident prevention.
• Monitor productivity metrics, quality, and on-time delivery.
• Support Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
