Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant professional experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Experience with CRM, HR, marketing, workflow, or project-management software is a plus

Responsibilities

• Manage CRM and business software platforms; set up users and permissions
• Configure workflows, automations, reports, and dashboards
• Support employees with technology and system access; onboarding assistance
• Assist with digital marketing and AI-enabled processes and documentation
• Coordinate with COO and other departments to improve operations
