Bring 1+ year in operations or process improvement, a curiosity for how things work, and comfort with CRM and lightweight automation tools. You’ll work openly with senior staff to standardize how information is tracked and documented.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in operations or process improvement, or similar hands-on support role.
• A genuine curiosity for how things work and a habit of fixing what’s inefficient.
• Comfortable using a CRM, spreadsheet tools, and lightweight automation tools.
• Excellent written communication—clear process documentation.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented—system-minded.
• A confident, diplomatic communicator who can guide senior leaders.
• Proactive, independent, and able to move work forward.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Hunt down manual, repetitive processes and build automation or systems to kill them.
• Turn tribal knowledge into documented processes and lightweight automations.
• Own the CRM, keep it clean, current, and productive for the team.
• Take recurring busywork off leaders’ plates to let them focus on strategic work.
• Run point on contractor onboarding and offboarding end-to-end.
• Build templates, docs, or sheets to prevent last-minute scrambling.
• Standardize tracking and information organization across the team.
• Pilot AI-assisted or other tools to improve team speed and roll out successes.
