Job summary

Stedi is hiring a builder-operator to join our Business Operations team, working with Finance, Legal, Ops, and Recruiting to scale systems and processes. You’ll own ambiguous problems end-to-end, turning context into durable workflows, integrations, and tools that accelerate the business while preserving controls.

You will partner with the Head of Finance & Operations, define what better looks like, and ship solutions—often by building them yourself.

Qualifications

3+ years in integration engineering, business operations, or finance roles.
Hands-on with APIs, data models, and modern business systems.
Able to ship spreadsheets, scripts, automations, and lightweight apps.
Strong judgment and ability to solve ambiguous problems.
Excellent communication with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior leaders to bring structure and velocity to top-priority operational challenges.
Design and build tools, integrations, and automation that turn bespoke work into reusable workflows.
Map and continuously improve data flows across ERP, CPQ, CLM, FP&A.
Build and deploy AI-enabled workflows that increase speed and accuracy without compromising security.
Build analytics and dashboards and data models to shape decisions.
Develop and maintain full-context documentation so changes are auditable and repeatable.
