Job summary

Stedi is building a healthcare clearinghouse and revenue automation platform. We’re hiring a builder-operator to own systems that verify, provision, and bill customers, collaborating with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to scale a fast-growing portfolio.

You’ll design onboarding, provisioning, pricing, contracts, and access controls, owning ambiguous problems end to end as Stedi expands product lines and customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue operations, GTM engineering, business systems design, or similar roles preferred.
• Ability to write SQL, ship scripts, automations, or internal tools used by multiple teams.
• Experience configuring billing platforms, CRM, or contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Own systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts and access.
• Build and own billing systems for complex pricing and contracts.
• Ensure new products are sellable at launch with pricing, terms, entitlements, and access controls.
• Define account lifecycle workflows from signup to closure and keep billing and communications in sync.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define internal tools and customer-facing workflows.
• Build workflows and automations to scale operations without extra headcount.
• Run analyses to answer pricing, packaging, and product usage questions.
