Job summary

Stedi is building a new healthcare clearinghouse and offers API-first solutions for transaction enrollment and payer integrations. This hands-on role focuses on supporting and scaling the enrollment operations end-to-end, minimizing manual work and maximizing automation.

You will partner with product, engineering, and customer teams to optimize workflows, develop an enrollment playbook across thousands of payers, and drive measurable improvements in enrollment throughput and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience building operational processes and programs and improving throughput.
• Ability to handle multiple open threads simultaneously and stay organized.
• Technical background; ability to build automations and workflows to support end-to-end automation.
• Experience in client-facing roles; consulting, support, implementation, onboarding, or program management preferred.
• Systems-minded with the ability to identify gaps and communicate them to product/engineering teams.
• Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently; able to move with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to and scale the day-to-day operation of Stedi’s transaction enrollment program.
• Establish and continuously improve the enrollment playbook across thousands of payers.
• Interface with customers, intermediary clearinghouses, and payers to get enrollments approved and scale operations.
• Create and grow a CMS of payer-specific enrollment steps and feed back into product and systems.
• Collaborate with product to define and ship requirements to improve enrollments product and internal tooling.
• Measure system performance by defining metrics and driving improvements beyond industry standards.
• Troubleshoot enrollment issues, identify root causes, and manage escalations related to missing ERAs.
