Job summary

Stedi is building a revenue systems and operations function to own the customer journey from onboarding to monetization. You will work with GTM, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to verify, provision, contract, and bill customers, designing scalable, closed-loop systems.

You’ll configure billing platforms, define provisioning workflows, and build analytics behind pricing decisions, influencing revenue and customer experience as Stedi scales.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in revenue operations or related roles.
• Proficient with APIs, data modeling, SQL, and scripting.
• Experience configuring a billing, CRM, or contract management system.
• Understanding SaaS billing concepts like usage-based pricing and subscriptions.
• Able to design fail-safe workflows and guardrails.
• Strong cross-team communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own systems that verify, provision, and manage customer accounts, including verification, roles, and access.
• Build and own billing systems for pricing and contract structures at scale.
• Ensure new products are sellable at launch with pricing, terms, entitlements, and access controls.
• Define onboarding-to-closure workflows to keep billing and contracts in sync at every stage.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define internal tools and customer-facing workflows.
• Build workflows and automations to replace manual processes for scalable operations.
• Run ad-hoc analyses to inform pricing, packaging, and product usage.
