Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an Operations Systems Administrator to lead SOP development, compliance checklists, and multi-location governance. You will manage Operandio, templates, permissions, and ensure brand standards across the network.

The role emphasizes building automations with n8n, Zapier, webhooks, and CRM workflows, plus vendor evaluations and health monitoring. You will translate complex workflows into simple SOPs, own projects in a hybrid setting, and work on-site 2–3 days per week in

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operational systems administration, tech stack management, or project management.
• Franchise/multi-unit experience preferred.
• Hands-on super-admin experience with operations/SOP platforms (Operandio, Trainual, Compass).
• Proficiency building automations via n8n, Zapier, webhooks, and CRM workflows.
• Fluency with project tools.
• Detail-obsessed and strong process mindset.
• Ability to translate complex workflows into simple SOPs.
• Proven project ownership in a hybrid work environment.
• Ability to reliably work on-site from the office in Chester, MD 2–3 days per week.
• Salary expectations aligned with $70,000–$75,000 base range.

Responsibilities

• Author and update the Brand Operations Manual, SOPs, and compliance checklists
• Administer Operandio, including account hierarchies, templates, and permissions
• Publish monthly briefs and mandatory checklist action items
• Track system-wide compliance and brand standard audits across locations
• Oversee vendor evaluation, setup, and software health monitoring
• Build and optimize integrations using n8n, webhooks, Zapier, and CRM triggers
• Troubleshoot complex platform configurations, API integrations, and technical escalations
• Lead operations and marketing projects from design through launch
• Partner with internal SMEs to create launch timelines and execution toolkits for franchisees
• Monitor KPIs including system compliance, project delivery, vendor ROI, system adoption, integration bugs, API uptime, and issue resolution
