Taste Buds Kitchen is seeking an Operations Systems Specialist to be the backbone of our operational infrastructure and tech integration across the franchise network. You will own core platforms, maintain SOPs, and lead cross‑functional operations and marketing projects from kickoff through full adoption.

This role requires 3–5+ years in operational systems administration or project management, hands‑on admin experience with Operandio/Trainual/Compass, and the ability to translate complex

• 3–5+ years in operational systems administration, tech stack management, or project management (franchise/multi-unit experience preferred).
• Hands‑on super‑admin experience with operations/SOP platforms (Operandio, Trainual, Compass) and building automations via n8n, Zapier, webhooks, and CRM workflows.
• Detail‑obsessed with a strong process mindset and proven project ownership in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance Architecture: author and update all central system docs, SOPs, and compliance checklists; manage company-wide brand standards audits.
• Tech Stack Optimization & Selection: oversee vendor evaluation, setup, health monitoring, and integrations to minimize friction; build automations between corporate and franchise tools.
• System Automations & Workflows: lead cross-functional initiatives from design to launch; translate strategies into launch timelines and execution toolkits for franchisees.
