Job summary

Nen Creative is seeking an Operations Associate in the United States to help run the systems behind a fast-growing creative studio. You’ll work with Finance & Ops Lead and leadership on recruiting, people ops, finance admin, and internal systems, owning day-to-day workflows and driving scalable improvements.

This hands-on role suits an organized, resourceful early-career professional who can build processes, automate workflows, and tackle increasingly complex problems over time.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of work experience; startup or high-growth experience is a strong plus.
• Thrive in a high-performance environment with a strong quality bar.
• Own outcomes from start to finish and follow through.
• Be exceptionally organized, disciplined and detail-oriented.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in writing and speaking.
• Be proactive and comfortable solving problems without a defined path.
• Move quickly, set priorities, and bring urgency to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Administer internal tools and systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, GitHub, Monday, and other platforms.
• Own client invoicing operations: prepare invoices, track receivables, follow up on payments.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, insurance docs, contracts, DocuSign workflows, and other ops.
• Build and maintain SOPs, trackers, dashboards, and internal docs.
• Support recruiting operations: hiring plans, recruiters, interviews, candidate tracking.
• Help execute company-wide initiatives and process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive work and improve systems.
• Tackle new operational problems and figure out solutions.
