This role centers on planning, allocating, and forecasting work across the organization, building systems and reporting to support AI-assisted operations, and collaborating with senior leadership to drive performance. The successful candidate will bring expert Excel/Sheets skills, SQL experience, and a track record of building scalable operational systems, with strong attention to detail and clear

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in business operations, analytics, or finance, ideally in a startup or tech-forward environment.
• Experience owning forecasting, billing, or resource-planning is a strong plus.
• Expert-level Excel/Sheets, formulas, modeling, automation/scripting.
• Working proficiency in SQL and analytics tools (e.g., Looker).
• Ability to translate technical/data work into clear recommendations for senior leadership.
• Experience leading the build or overhaul of an operational system and change management.

Responsibilities

• Own work orchestration systems and processes; build and maintain models that route work as volume, capacity, and service lines change.
• Build and maintain KPI reporting that provides leadership with a real-time view of performance and detect anomalies.
• Create forecasting models for staffing and capacity; translate forecasts into actionable recommendations.
• Own billing sheet accuracy and the associated reconciliation/QA processes at scale.
• Identify opportunities to automate or apply AI to reduce manual work; implement solutions directly.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives end to end, including change management for adoption.
