Job summary

The role requires strong understanding of Sysco SWMS, SOS, SLS, STS and related systems; ability to manage hardware, software and RF equipment; and experience in leading system enhancements and reporting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of operations experience with information systems or equivalent.
• Need to obtain Sysco Powered Industrial Equipment Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Understand and utilize Sysco operations information systems and related software.
• Maintain and manage hardware, software, and RF equipment for operations systems.
• Lead system upgrades as Region Operations liaison and collaborate on enhancements.
• Train users in hardware/software and develop executive reports.
• Review and manage service contracts; analyze data for management insights.
• Support collaboration with Transportation and Warehouse teams to maximize productivity.
