Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Sr Operations Systems Analyst to lead the implementation and ongoing maintenance of warehouse, transportation, and packaging management systems. The role emphasizes data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering optimized, scalable solutions to support our nationwide operations.

You will develop dashboards, analyze data to identify inefficiencies, and train teams on system usage while adhering to policy and process requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a similar field or equivalent experience is required.
• 1+ years of transportation or logistics experience, or experience in a similar role, required.
• 1+ years of analytical experience, required.

Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems are optimized to meet organizational needs.
• Analyze and interpret data to improve system functionality and efficiency.
• Train team members on the use of warehouse, transportation, packaging management systems.
• Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
• Develop and maintain system documentation and reports.
• Identify and address potential issues and risks.
• Create and maintain dashboards using Advanced SQL.
