Job summary

ITPartners+ is seeking a Service Delivery Engineer II to provide front-line IT support for partners in Minnesota and surrounding areas. The role combines onsite deployments with remote assistance on a hybrid schedule (four days onsite, one day remote).

You will troubleshoot issues, document resolutions, and drive long-term solutions while maintaining a high standard of partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in a help desk or equivalent role and relevant IT certifications.

Qualifications

Associate degree preferred; 5+ years in help desk or equivalent role.
Experience with remote monitoring and ticketing software is preferred.
Basic networking, server and hardware knowledge required.
COMPTIA A+ and Network+ certifications are preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; reliable, patient, and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

Provide basic to mid-level IT tech support to partners onsite and remotely.
Set up hardware for installation and perform onsite deployments.
Engineer long-term IT solutions and optimize partner support processes.
Monitor ticket progress and partner support metrics; document resolutions clearly.
Collaborate with vendors and team to resolve partner issues and share best practices.
