Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operations Support professional in Groveport, OH to assist the manager with daily planning and monitoring of paid transportation finance operations. You will collaborate with warehouse staff, support customer payments, and hauler settlements.

Key duties include resolving billing issues, handling PODs, ATD tracking, driver monitoring, outbound routing, quoting shipments, and data entry, while maintaining strong communication with corporate teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of related experience and/or training or equivalent combination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and strong typing skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume data entry and customer service tasks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve billing issues with Operations.
• Review, research, and resolve missing PODs.
• Receive, research, process, and track driver ATDs.
• Receive, review, process, and track returns.
• Monitor and maintain each assigned driver.
• Routing/Attaching outbound shipments.
• Quoting new shipments.
• Communicate with relevant corporate personnel at all levels.
• Other duties as assigned.
• High volume data entry.
• Assist with customer service issues as they arise.
• Follow up with Operations on billing-related issues.
